cant find tune up utility in windows firewall

yeah i know, im a mong.............but i cant find it on either machine. my lappy win 7, our maudes desktop vista.

i want to block it, but cant find it, followed the help from andrew and others, but it just dont show in firewall.

help please?

allow a program through windows firewall

then click allow another program select tune up utiliteis near the end of T add it to firewall then take the tick out

open up tune up utilities and go to settings / General / updates and take the tick out
