    Photoshop CS4 Clone Stamp problem! HELP PLEASE!?

    I'm trying to use the clone stamp to cover up a white hot spot of bricks in a picture but every time I try it, and I'm doing all the things the book is telling me to do, the spot I'm trying to correct turns green. What am I doing ???? Also, I have to use the Clone Stamp because this is for school and I'm pretty sure the professor can see which tools I've used and I'm supposed to be using the clone stamp.

    sounds like you're using the paint brush..??

      Try changing your brush tip and size (see png below)

      I find the circles as shown in the png give good results

      Ps ... you change brush after selecting the clone tool
