    I remember buying my 1st dvd rewriter for ?180 was a pioneer single layer 2X ... then a month after buying a nec Dvd rewriter again single layer 2x that upgraded to a 4x with a firmware upgrade

    Now a days would get a 22x for less than ?20

      too true m8, too true, i remember buying a lightscribe drive for 60 quid, now their buttons too

        Had a lightscribe drive myself ... sold it after a few months ... preferred printing onto the disks ...
