i have something like that already built into windows 7, i can set time limits on the laptop.. since i told her she only got 10gb a month on her internet she has calm down... 2 week and 2 days and she has only used 3.5gb, see how it goes for a few month.. If she starts going overboard again i will rip some memory out of it and make it slower,
