He his going to attack NSA servers. But he is not going to tell you because if he did he could get caught

And... you can use a proxy server! Yes, it's slow... and the owner of that proxy can get all your logins, passwords, credid card info... so be sure that you don't write private information on a proxy server which you don't own.

My opinion! Build your own proxy server

          Good luck and regards

Get yourself a vpn connection. You can get fairly decent ones for $10-$15 per month which will run at 30-40Mbit/sec.

VPN's (or proxies for that matter) will always be slower than your native connection simply because the data now has to traverse two routes to get back to you and it takes considerable time to encrypt everything. For a 50Mbit provider its unlikely you would ever exceed 40Mbit/sec or so via a vpn regardless of how fast (or expensive) the vpn itself is.

You can get free vpn connections but they tend to be slow (often limited at 500kbits/sec or even less).

Note that if you are doing anything illegal, vpn's or proxies will NOT hide you from law enforcement. You will find that pretty much every vpn or proxy provider logs ip connection and ip allocation (they really need to for the service they offer to work properly) and they will all cooperate fully with any lawful warrants (again, they have to if they expect to operate in whichever country they are based).

A giganews platinum account costs $30 per month and includes a 256-bit encrypted VPN with US and EU servers.

Right am back .... good question me thinks ... well this is 1 possible
                        reason ...

Slightly going around the houses ... but will get there

Back in January i came across this thread on another forum :

Didn't think much of it until a few days later these started appearing on lots of cs forums :

And to be honest any body with half a brain would wonder why some one advertising a uk card as a local would only be interested in receiving shares for a uk card. It makes no sense ... unless of course you don't have a local card to share at all.

Then surprise surprise we start to see these appearing :

So to answer your question ... my guess would be that he has done the rounds of free test lines and wants to go around again.

Also possible that word is getting around that this server has no local card but is faking one...

Anyway as mj would say another sh*t post by manx
