does anyone have probs with these broadband extras from virginmedia. can never get the downloads. ive enabled the add ons and e-mailed em a few times and i get some stupid answer about they are 3rd party websites and they have no control over them. why sell them to us then? even phoned em and then get some automated illiterate reading from a card. its hard work.

Dont use any vm add ons personally but it must be frustrating if you pay for them. if you are looking for good security plenty downloads available. -
theyre free with me 10mb but trying to get sense out of em is like trying fly without a plane. most ignorant customer services ever. worse than T-Mobile even.Comment
