burning music cd s

hi , firstly sorry for sounding like a right div but how do u burn music albums to cds ?.... i ve downloaded 4 albums i want to put on a cd from torrents .... have tried burnin with windows and also with some software that come with the laptop .... do i need to convert them first like u do with movies on to dvd eg with something like convert x to dvd software ,, but for audio ???? do i need cd disc s or can i use dvd s disc s .....also when i try to burn the albums the songs are placed in number order so all the 01 tracks are in order then 02 tracks not in the different albums ... any help would be apptreciated cheers

u need to convert them from mp3 to wav.. google dbpoweramp... its on torrents

depends on which format you want the files to end up as , cdda/wav or mp3 or flac etc

if we assume you want the files as say mp3 , burn a data disk ( cdr or dvdr ) and load the files in and burn it , bear in mind some mp3 players or cd players wont play dvd,s , only cd,s

howver , if you want them in cdda format like a bought cdr disk from a shop , burn to cdr disk as an mp3 to cdda conversion , so that the files are converted to cdda

you can use free programs for this like imgburn or CDburnerXP

just use the correct output format and burn

You dont need to convert MP3 to anything to burn them as a music CD.

Just download the FREE imageburn and you can turn MP3's into a music CD with that.

Also nero will do the same thing but you need to tell nero to NOT put an extra 2 seconds gap between tracks, this makes live records sound crap.
