    Password

Can someone recomend a program that saves passwords in background?

Here is the thing. My friend types a facebook password in my comp and I wanna see it cause he tricked me once. I wanna payback. I know that Windows stores it somewhere but don't know where...

Any ideas how can I do it?

          What browser are you using?

If I was wanting to play your trick on friend, in Firefox I'd set up the browser to remember passwords automatically... see if there is an option to prevent diaglog pop-ups... so your friend is not aware that passwords are being logged.

When he's gone... in firefox select Tools > Options > Passwords.... and you'll be able to view all passwords.

Don't know where they are saved on the computer... , but unencrypted... that's why auto save password is a major security risk. Most banking sites wont allow you to auto save passwords for that reason..

hope helps, but that's where to start looking.
