Dell D630 admin Password in Bios

Hello Everyone. I have a Dell D630. I really need a Admin Password in the Bios. I had asked before, as was given 1lvklevf, which did not work. My service tag is JSBP5F1-595B.

Thanks for the quick response, unfortunately the code did not work.
Just to be clear, I can acces the bios but I cannot change e.g. the cd as boot device. (admin password set)
I don't need to input a password to boot the laptop to windows.
