there maye be a problem with audio or video codecs when converting.depending on your hardware make sure when converting audio is ac3 or mp3. aac can be a bit iffy wiyh some players.on the video side check players fps might only 30fps max and if your using above that then it would not work i find freemake video converter is good with custom settings to tweek codecs to suit your player and also has iso bluray converter on there too
