does your webhost not offer a simple free drag and drop, 99% do like.
I personally would use Dreamweaver, although this isnt really for a drag and drop artist.
quick look about see quite a few open source alternitives

l wrote myself years ago m8 and uploaded to my virginmedia server and edit as l needed too with 1stpage and upload the index back up server , didnt use the site l got the name from ie reg123 to host page

havnt much of a clue about webpages m8 like l say l did that years back .. will have to get some clever lad to sort me one out on here ,,

Whats the site used for - just info - ecommerce or a blog?

For the simplest-quickest setup without any need for databases etc. try 'getsimple' - piece of cake...

Frontpage was abandoned some years ago, Micrishaft replaced it with Expression, it's layout is the same as frontpage but can edit all todays pages that use Html, php etc...

It still has the 3 tabs at the bottom for drag-and-drop editing, script editing or both.

If you use newsgroups, it's all over them, maybe on torrents too.

Look for Expression 4.

If you cant find it send me a PM and I can put it on my FTP for you and give you a login.
