please help with hi grade reset cd

i seem to have a problem with a hi grade laptop model VA250D,
I have tried most of the password removal tools out ther but to no avail. the bios says all passwords are clear but when i try to log in on any account it says "wrong Password". any help would be great.

if not then has any one got a recovery cd for this laptop, if so can any one tell me the steps to load this by usb stick,

Does it not have a built in partition to go back to factory default settings like when you got it new and welocome to the forum....................

yes it does have a partition but i have no way of accessing it . and thanks for the welcome
