Microsoft Office Outlook

I cannot open microsoft office outlook (im running XP) it says it cannot find the exe file , now can i download just the exe file to make this work again , ive tried reinstalling microsoft office and it wont load from there , any help would be much appreciated

What version of Office? Did you look in the Office folder to see if the exe is there? Also do a virus scan.
