    how to format a usb stick in NTFS in XP

    Hi !
    I have a 16gb kingxxx, and I can not export files bigger than 4gb !
    so I have to format in NTFS, because it is on fat32, but in my xp3 pro , I don"t have this option of NTFS !
    how can I do that ?!
