cant open the applications

hi all

from yesterday i am facing a problem in logging in to skype and msn and also to yahoo messenger
i use the the usb datacard and i can open the websites without any problem
but when i try to login to msn or skype or yahoo messenger
i get the msg as "network error" or "cannot connect"
does any one know what is this problem?
can any one help regarding this?
