    you really dont need a tool to tweak windows just go through ur settings in windows and stop apps from working
    disabling display features, make sure u have enough free hdd space to allow windows to working smoothly, defrag hdd's , run registry cleaner etc...
    if after all that u find the comp is still slow you may wonna consider upgrading ur hardware

        Yes it's bogus, Both files uploaded by this user contain viruses, i tried to post a comment on there but couldn't so i marked it as an F.. Trojan backdoor BDS/Bifrose.Gen

        Avira is free

        So is advance system care by iorbit.
        If it isn't broke, don't try fixin it..!!!

              Load into safe mode and try uninstalling that way

                i used my system advance tools and stopped it from starting up at start-up
                If it isn't broke, don't try fixin it..!!!
