it would depend on what ytpe odf RAM amd what type of graphics card ?

Ram also depends on the OS, see Windows memory limits here.

Seems as though the Acer has onboard Intel video so any ATI or Nvidia card would be better.

well it will see 16gb and dont really no what gfx because its a small tower see
