will my board take this CPU?

it supports AM2 and AM3 currently has an AMD620 X4 chip

Looking at putting in
AMD CPU FX Series 4100 Black Edition Quad Core Processor Bulldozer

i believe the board above only takes 95w cpu which is fine but im noticing that the above chip is AM3+ which seems to have an extra pin but equally some are saying its backwards compatable to AM3?

any advice welcome

nice one annoying it takes the 945 and not the 965 when its the same socket :-( or you reckon it would?

ignroe the above i see it cant take a 125w processor.
