ImgBurn is what you need. There are programs that will split dvd files in order to be able to fit them on 2 standard dvd's. Dvd Fab removes encryption & can split large files so you can fit them on standard discs. However, it's not free.

DVD Decrypter is free, but it's rather old. I know it won't touch Disney DVD's & the DVD's that create an endless list of VOB files. It also has to store the files before you can use compression/reauthor software.

Personally I use Slysoft, but I got a cheap lifetime license before they stopped the lifetime option. Slysoft decrypts on the fly which speeds up the process.

DVD Shrink will compress/reauthor decrypted DVD files so they will fit on a single layer DVD.
As will DVD2One. But this is not free, unless you can find some codes for it.

Both DVD Shrink & DVD2One also have burning software included.

I Would go with DVD Shrink it will take the protection out and if you do not want to compress the file you can leave it as a R9 Dual layer

Unless things have changed recently, DVD shrink doesn't remove the protection from copyrighted DVDs.
