turn laptop off and press f8 on bios screen before boot, then enter safe mode. you shpuld be able to access task manager to close your malware programme (premium antivirus). then remove in control panel. i would suggest trying to download anti malware-bytes onto a usb etc. from another pc/lappy and install in safe mode with networking to completely rid this malware from your pc. if this doesnt help it looks like factory reset

I know two people who have been hit by the spoof Adobe update, the easiest path is to do a fresh install of the OS.

Download Malwarebytes and install it....it's free. Run a FULL scan and it should find the problem and delete it. If this doesn't work I will be surprised. Good Luck!

A would second what Magjar suggested, back up what you can using a live disc like Hirens, source your drivers, back up passwords and any keys for programs and nuke the hard drive.
A have dealt with this one before and if a remember right a removed it with Malwarebytes but it reappeared after 6cold boots time after time ..

You might find you have now two AV programs colliding
I think you on downloading Adobe inadvertently allow an AV download as well??
Sometime when a AV program has loaded on your system only an additional uninstall utilities program will completely remove the offending one. Two AV competing for control of your MBR
