Access / Alpha Five Help

Hello, anyone know if there is a free version of database creation software out there?
something comparable to ether access or alpha five.

I like access usability, but it is limited in way too many things, or too difficult to do what i am trying to do.

Alpha five seems to do what i need, but too pricy XD

Ended up buying alpha five, if anyone needs a Database program, let me know what type of information and reports you would like it to do and ill see if i can finish it fast during my spare time

might even play around with hosting alpha five programs, tho not sure, still studying the full power of that program
