Hi quick question

I removed all programs and files off laptop to external drive.
Put iTunes back on laptop.

How do I point it at the external drive and which iTunes file does it need to see all my music again.

I don't want to put it all back on to the laptop, takes up too much room

when u put music on ur ipod it has copied it from the selected location not made a shortcut

also if u have uninstalled itunes and installed again then u wont be able to view the items u transferred to the ipod

Sorted, holding shift when opening iTunes then point it at external drive, now I can see all my music again
