Admin Password for a Latitude D630

I need an Admin Password for a Dell Latitude D630, Service Tag 3M5GJH1. My Bios shows all the passwords as "not set" but any significant changes on this computer still require a password. The TPM may have something to do with this.
Can anybody please help?

Admin BIOS password for Dell Latitude D630

Hi everybody!

Hope you can help me, as I have tried many different solutions, but alas, without result.

I would be really grateful if any of you hightec-guru's could inform me whit the BIOS Admin Password for my Dell Latitude D630.

My service tag is: 7ZVMD3J
