    Home video

Hi quick question, mother in law has given their camcorder to burn the mini tapes onto DVD.

After faffing I've managed to get it onto the computer 10min clip is 3.15GB bitrate 1411 kbps 320 x 240.

There is over 2 hours of footage the next 10 mins is 3.16GB it's eating up my HDD.

Is there a way to reformat it to shrink it down?

Want to be able to burn them to DVD at this rate I'm gonna need 1 DVD per clip

    They are in avi format

    Cheers
