Hi my grand daughter got a blackberry playbook for her xmass this was quite easy to set up,to cut a long story short it broke down,we got it exchanged no problem.i set it up the same way as the first one, but when i put her blackberry id and password in it tells me the password is incorrect.when i click on for gotten password it asks me the password recovery question,i type it in and it says that my password has been sent to her blackberry email address?? Ive tried to find out how i get onto her blackberry address but don't know how. I then started from scratch and set up another user name ,new blackberry e mail address and password .it tells me iam successful but when i try to again to use it it asks again for the user id and password again it tells me they don't match,and i have to go through the same procedure.and yes again successful and go to a browser and log into your blackberry email, but i cant seem to be able to do that,Ive tried to go on my pc to get to the email address and also on another playbook but still cant get it set up.any members any ideas,like i said i set the other 2 up no problem,i must be doing something wrong
