Hi, I'm looking for info, on Openbox S10. I have a unit used previously on a subscription supplied service, I am going to change over to a satellite dish for free service but I am told the openbox can't be used. I am a complete novice in this area and asking can the openbox be returned to a factory setting and then used on the new service. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
