hi when i start i get spooler error so cancel it then its back on everytime i start it up how do i stop this thanks

sounds like its in your start up.

Run msconfig and remove it

ok thanks when i start lap top it comes up in a box data execution prevention microsoft windows it says to help protect your computer windows has closed this program name spooler subsystem app publisher microsoft corporation it takes me about five times to x out of it thanks
