    computer blocked by police virus

Today, it happened to my son's Laptop

    computer blocked by police virus

Newer version, preventing activation of Safe Mode with Networking or Safe Mode

The best way to do Safe mode with a Command prompt -

    >cd restore
    when
    restore>rstrui.exe

The System Restore window will start and you?ll need to select a restore point previous to this infection

After that, scan and remove the virus files
I can help you but only if you want me to help you
All the questions should start from what car, what year, what engine is what fuel. What are the symptoms of the problem. Only then is what you know, what fault code, live data, what you have done.

Try Kaspersky Rescue Disk - can boot from CD or USB. Worked on my laptop.
