    2nd windows 8 licence

hi, i have just built myself a new PC and used a 60 gig ssd drive with windows 8 , i have a second 3tb hdd for storage, however i am replacing the 60 gig ssd with a new 240 gig ssd drive . i hope to put on the windows 8 OS using the same key. after removing the old ssd drive i was thinking about putting it my lap top , i believe there same size . would i have to buy a new key for the laptop and has anyone done something like this , and know the cost of a new key .
any advice and tips would be welcome

You'll need to buy a second key to have windows 8 on both your desktop and laptop. You might want to consider using drive clone software to copy the data over from your old SSD to your new one, the difference in size won't matter since the new one is larger.
