Ok what are they up to now i pay for 50meg and im getting 5meg if im lucky and my ip has changed,anyone no why,yes the bill is paid.

Call 150 report it as a fault

ask them if its due to no thanks and large downloading

I did ring them they said it was fine but there send me a new modem out,well i think that is what he said in some kind off english not really shaw.

Get yourself a range extender, strong signal and it goes a fair distance.

Check that nobody is leeching off your broadband by logging into the router and check the connected devices, disconnect all WiFi devices and connect directly via a ethernet cable and run a sped test.

mine is tp-link. I also had serious connection problems with virgin. I told them to either send me their latest routre or disconnect the service. got the new routre, everything fine for another while. sorry about late reply , been away for a while.
