    Sacking virgin

I am having a lot of agro with virgin again. Apart from the management lark, our connection continually breaks as soon as more than 1 person goes online. They even had the cheek to offer me a deal for their new routre (maybe that's what's behind this nonesence). So I have had enough, unless they grovel and give me the service I paying for. That's where you guys come in. Bear in mind that I have a range extender, who would you recommend. I was looking at talk talk they don't include vat in their prices I hear, so that leaves B T and sly. Whats favoured on DK.

Hi, I think there is problems with my VM connection at times, but overall it's good.
got the super hub now and it's no different connection wise. Meant to be 30meg but only get 15meg
i would stick with them and sort out the issues. Also, if you have their domain emails then you will loose them.
If you have tel with them. Pay the line rental upfront and you will save yourself ?50

I wanna stay were I am, I agree the service generally very gd, but the last 2 mths is drivin me nuts. I could even watch the buzz cocks on iplayer last nite disconnecting every few mins. I am now on channel five and it will only take 1 more hitch and their out. It wasn't as if other wireless things like phones were causing the problem as I had turned all devices off and was still blinking. Let you no how it goes in a wk or so. Thanks for your posts guys.

Well I didn't last 2 days, devices still disconnecting. I been on the phone 3 or 4 times since y/day evenin. So, i have given them chance after chance, gonna ring them in the morn and finally sack them. They claim that there is no fault with their equipment and they definitely can't blame our devices. I have a feeling we aren't on unlimited like we should be , cuz every time a second device opens we disconnect. They even suggested I change channel from time to time, but when I look at it we is on the best channel. So if they say they aren't at fault then they have to go. So its either BT OR sly
