as I believe in 2014 the govverment brings in a new law, to make providers spy on what your downloading ie torrent sites. if you are using torrent sites your isp will sent you up to three letters warning you that your details will be passed to the apropiate law enforcement people, this also could have them spying on your facebook, Skype, twitter and the like. my thoughts are as I pay subscription to a isp I should be able access anything I want
