Windows upgrade

Guys I've been running vista now since day one and I've been thinking of upgrading to windows 7 or 8.

I have a sony vaio 2 gig ram 120 gig hd intel core duo processor t5500. Will this machine be able to run windows 7 or 8 and which is the best option if it can.

Forget 8, it will send you to an early grave.

7 is your best bet, it's similar to Vista...only it actually works.

Got a working copy here guys I'm gonna put it on this weekend- windows 7.

if u are missing drivers
when loaded
conect via wired LAN to ya modem router
and do automatic update
that shud sort most stuff out

put on disc or pen
