    MAC address

Is it possible to run 2 identical MAC addresses on one network but with different IP's?

No this will not work, a MAC Address is a unique identification to the network resource be it a router, wireless router, network adapter, cable broadband, if a computer detects to network devices using the same MAC address, then the system will be unable to find one or both of the devices connected
