      Hi

The best idea which I have got in this case is to download Linux Ubuntu and make it from there.

      1. Install ubuntu on the pendrive by using "Unetbootin" or "UltaIso"
      2. Run without installing
      3. In terminal type "Sudo GParted"
      4. There you will be able to format partition with Vista so do that as NTFS
      5. install XP or whatever you want

      PLEASE NOTICE
AS YOU WILL FORMAT PARTITION WITH VISTA REMEMBER ABOUT BACKING UP ALL NECESSARY DATA.

when you boot up your copy of xp it will ask you where you would like to install it. From there you click the partition in which vista is installed, click drive options and click format. Once it is formatted install xp onto that partition. Hope this helps!
