Using a VPN with Utorrent .... Which country is best ??

I have had a smack on the wrist today from HMA for downloading episode 15 of Grimm for the wife.
I was using HMA, but connected to a American server.
The wording in the Email I had off HMA states that it has been detected by the people who monitor the US for file sharing about my activity.
Can anyone suggest other countries which are safer to use ??

I wouldn't bother downloading any series m8 as it will just fill up ya drives for something ur probably gonna watch once.

Streaming is fine, if you can get a fast download speed...myself I still take down what I want and watch it my lesiure, mind you I use a vpn service called noirvpn. With 7 servers, I've never had an issue like what you describe while conneced.

In spain I use anonomoyx with fire fox. Works fine for iplayer netflix and american netflix. Also once the stream is established you can kill the vpn (ie default to country of residence) and it still works. Useful if you have a down load limit.
