Keystroke logger software

Good day members of DK

Hoping some of the members here could assist me catching one of my dishonest staff. Problem I have is the main Tech guy I have working in my shop has to have access to one of my diagnostics laptops when I am not in the shop to program cars.

In the past he has killed two of my laptops and caused them to get all sorts of trojan virus programs loaded on them and find my laptop full of ****. He has denied going onto the internet with the laptop and I have checked the history of sites been visited but always find the history file has been emptied.

I have thought about it and the only way to actually catch him out lying is to install keystroke logging software so that next time I can say here you had the laptop between so and so time and look at the sites you visited.

I have used google to find software in (freeware form) however don't find anything which has what I need so I am asking if any members of DK could point me in the right direction of freeware keystroke logging software as I need to put an end to this Tech guys nonsense and can only do so with proof.

Well if he's managed to kill a couple of laptops and got your computers infected with virus's he's not a very competent techie really is he? Can't you sack him on the grounds that he knows sh*t?
