I use a program called acestream,you install it then you can use wizzywig to look for sporting links for the acestream player or go to torrenttv.ru and all the channels there are for acestream,torrenttv.ru needs firefox or chrome browser to open the channels

couldn't get that torrent site to work all in different language which couldn't change anyone know any more good flash stream sites

I watch a lot of the Barclays Premier League matches and I use firstrowsports and it works perfectly every time. Any match I want to watch is always up on it and you always find a good link. It also covers a variety of other sports just choose your category in the top bar and it will give you all links to it. Here is a link to help.
