In the case with my iso ..just mount the iso or burn it.
Check the pda/pocket pc makers site for the bootloader for your device if needed/
connect the pda/pocket pc with your pc with activesync or windows mobile device center.
open the setup file and start the wizzard, accept the terms...
Select "Custom (Tools and OS)" within the "Setup Type" window.
Change the folder where Windows CE 5.0 will be installed by clicking "Next"
and then select "Change" within the "Destination Folders" box. Click "Next."
Select the microprocessors you wish to support in the "Custom Setup" box and then select "Shared Source for Windows CE."
Select "This Feature Will be Installed on the Local Hard Drive" and click "Next."
          now start the installation and...Voila!

the way you install windows ce varies between different windows ce versions & pda/pocket pc manufacturer
some need bootloader to accept installation of windows ce, some can be installed easily using usb/serial cable and sync..

                  Sorry yet another reply...

Official HP ipaq h5550 pocket pc flash-able firmware. (uploaded it to zippyshare for you)

just extract the archive and run the executable, this wil unpack all files needed for flashing the original updated firmware to your ipaq
