Fx 8350

I have the first i7 chip in a old system and decided to build a different set up. I want to use the amd fx8350. Wondered if anybody has the CPU ? Is it any good also what be a good mobo for it ?
Any advise would be good

Prob won't do a lot off over clocking, don't know what gpu yet ? And have a ssd harddrive for windows to go on
