re-install outlook?

Is there a way to uninstall outlook express 2007, then re-install it but keep the original messgaes? The pc came with win7/ ms office pre-installed. Also MS WORD has been deleted by mistake. Is there a way to get it back without paying again? I know there are cracked versions all over the net but wanted to go legit if possible.
