    New laptop

Ok have just brought a new laptop, asus x550c.
The well known store I brought it from was trying to up sell me a lot of extras.

One of them being a factory reset usb 32gb in size? They wanted an extra ?30 for this. Can I do this myself? If so how.

Also it would be nice to have ms office on it, but I don't want to spend a further ?110 for it, can I get it any other way preferably freeeeeeee? Thanx my friends!!!!

        Open office is brilliant.
It has come on massively in the past few years

What version of Windows are you running? Not that it makes a difference really.

You can either use backup and recovery software and take an image/snapshot of your hard disc as it is now or you can download the windows disc image and make a Bootable CD or USB Drive?
