Is it safe to pay by paypal..? for NZB

Does anybody use GingaDADDY. I keep getting my daily download limit of three download a day, to get rid of this I need to become a VIP. which if I do will cost me $17. I can pay by PayPal, I just want to know if it is safe to use that payment method... Thanks Guys..

So you wanna pay to download, is this right?
I don't use this site, since I can all I want from a small group of warez sites that I go to, for free.
I then use a vpn account to hide my tracks.
PM me if you want a list of warez sites that I use..

yeah, but paypal is safe to use

just to share my experience, I have experienced things that are not actual with paypal. I bought a product via paypal payment services turns out to be the service that I bought does not match the seller's sales letter. and when I ask for refund/my appeal dismissed appeal turns out to be the same reason I buy with paypal service product rather than a physical product.
