best screen recording program?

Hi im not sure if i was clear enough on my last thread, so sorry for the confusion.

What im looking for is a screenrecording program/software that allows me to record my screen, while i talk through my mic. I am trying to prepare some video tutorials but i just cant find a program that is easy and quick to use.

Can anybody offer any advice please?

Fraps if useful but you have to pay for it, if you want something which is free, get bandicam, you get 10 minutes free. In my opinion i would buy fraps.

Thanks mate, i found one called bbflash express which is free and it makes the files straight into .avi format so easy to upload to places like youtube etc
