ad blocking software stopping me seeing ch 4 catch up, why ???

I like to watch channel 4 catch up programs on my computer nearly every night (windows 7 x64).

Anyways, suddenly today I got a message popping up from them when I try to play the stuff and says
that I have to disable any ad blocking software yet all this time I have had it working before no problem
at all, hmmm, confused man

All I have is malwarebytes and Microsoft security essentials running and as I say they have always been
on while I watched channel 4 catchup or 4 on demand if you want to call it that, this is crazy man.

I have disabled the programs and still it is blocking me, I defo don't have any other ad block software
installed, I know that for a fact as it wasn't so long ago that I reinstalled windows clean format/install,
so defo no other ad block software.

Can anyone help me with this please as I like to watch the channel 4 catch up most nights ?

tried your firefox addons/plugins as i have that on pc,found it in extensions-adblock plus

Click on addblock then disable everywhere

thanks chaps, just tried this again tonight,
yea I seen that adblock plus thing mentioned on the internet too but I couldn't find it, I just had a look where youz said it is and its not there in FF so I guess its no that that's the problem.

However, I looked in the settings of IE and found an option that is by default already on , its labelled as "Turn on pop up blocker", so that was on as I say its on by default, so I stuck that off then tried channel 4 catchup again and it now works so I will keep an eye on that, if I think there are too many popups then I will switch it back on as required etc.

See that adblock plus thing youz are on aboot, is it really good to use that for the likes of blocking all the rubbish that pops up when trying to watch those streaming sites ??

I have never really heard of it before now and just had to put up with loads of the junk pop ups etc.

on some sites if you moved the mouse pointer an inch pop ups buy this and that ,its on all my pcs.

Where did you download your link for ch 4 catchup as some download with addware already installed you have to download from ch 4 site if you download adware removal tool it will get rid of it. http://www.techsupportall.com/adware-removal-tool/

Only uBlock friends. Ad-block selled and don't remove many ads....
And if needed can unlock selected sites
