Do i need a new Graphics card?

i have graphics card that gives out 256mbs of graphics, when i play train simulator 2016 and put dynamic lighting on it starts to lag but when i turn it off i get over 60fps, do i need a new cpu or a new graphics card as i want to play the game with dynamic lighting on. it is a desktop pc.

For a desktop your graphics card isn't very good and you don't list your motherboard or cpu. Saying that this game has always had issues with the right drivers and settings so go down that route first.hth
