    looking for some pc hardware advice please

    hi i am currently building a new pc but am stuck on something and looking for some advice. i'm after a psu but not sure which to get? i have a amd 3 asus M4a79xtd evo motherboard and a amd phenom II 955 going into a coolermaster elite 360 case. my needs for the psu are simple something that is quiet and has enough power and resonable price!! i am open to suggestion as i dont have a scooby what psu to buy.... 300w/400w/500w/ etc etc ???

    Any help/advice would be greatly accepted.

      Hi m8... i assume you mean a psu as you posted you already have a amd phenom II 955 which ia a cpu... My advice is don't buy a cheap one... I like the northq black magic psu... with a module cable design... only plug in and use the cables you need, have been using these for a few years now with no probs at all. As for wattage it depends how many hdd & optical drives graphics cards ect... i would not use any less than 750w these days. There is a good post on here about psu somewere... when i find it i will post a link here... it was wrote by somebody who knew what they were talking about.
