    recovery disc

    hi all
    i am looking to see if anybody has a recovery disc for advent roma 1001
    it is windows 7 home premium
    i have tried to instal a windows disc and get the drivers from the web but i keep getting a blue
    screen as i use the laptop

    any help please

      Does the hard drive not have a recovery partition. You should be able to do a factory recovery from there.

          i thought that but i think someone has wiped it i have only had comp for about a year
