Hi all sister has give me her laptop that she updated to windows 10 all was ok untill she logged out now she can not log in??? The picture on the laptop has changed to the one on her daughters laptop but she still can not get into it???? She never went on this laptop and signed in to her microsoft account can anyone help please i even have a copy of windows 10 and it will not let it download from cd or usb

You say it won't let you reload it from cd or usb are you setting the boot order on the laptop bios before you do it?

Yes but it says usb bad demand and when you do it from dvd it just goes straight to normal sign in

Have you tried the password from both accounts? Also try any older passwords that could have been used.

I guess you have tried the media creation tool from Ms to create your media?

Does hiren password tool work on win 10?
Might be worth a try.
