Annoying youtube problem

when i watch a you tube video , then close it and go back to my PC, the scroll button on my mouse/laptop stops working .

ive tried in Vista and currently on Win7 , its still the same.

i have to re boot to be able to use the scroll button again.

Is there any solution .

I've never seen something like that.

The only think that I could tell you is :

If you use the laptop mouse, check if you have installed the right drivers or the software that you need for it. This software come with your laptop drivers.

If you use an external mouse ?????. Buff try with another could be drivers problem as well.

Ive honestly never heard of anyone with a problem like this and its certainly not something ive ever came across before.

Firstly:
What kind of mouse do you use and is it ps/2 or usb interfaced?

And secondly, have you tried unplugging your mouse and plugging it back in? (wont work with a ps/2 interface as it doesnt support hotswapping and is only initialised on boot)

Its definately one of the stranger problems ive ever run across, i figure its a problem with the way flash is interfacing with your driver, which would make sense because flash can directly controll peripheral devices like soundcards, microphones, webcams and the like.

A driver update would be my first port of call, if that failed to resolve it then id uninstall flash and reinstall it.
